I'm a certified clinical hypnotherapist and Neuro-linguistic practitioner residing in
Portland, Oregon. I studied at the Apositiva Institute here in Portland. 

I consider myself an eclectic person as I enjoy counseling, teaching, and learning ways in which to be healthier as well as exploring spirituality and travel. I stay active by practicing tai chi, playing soccer, hiking and getting outdoors whenever possible.
 
I graduated with a Master in Teaching degree from The Evergreen State College
 and have ChT(clinical hypnotherapy) and PNLP(neuro-linguistic practitioner) certifications from Apositiva.
